Due to the Covid-19 pandemic, I am exercising practices in line with the current CDC suggestions.
I have received both doses of the Covid-19 vaccine. I will continue to practice social distancing, use sanitation before and after your session, and for your comfort and safety, I will continue wearing a cloth mask.
A $59 non-refundable retainer is due upon booking to secure your date. This retainer will transfer towards your overall session cost.
Yes, I do have a contract document. I will e-mail this to you upon booking. This goes over general information, session requests, and is an overall agreement for booking your session with me.
Your handcrafted images will be delivered in a private online gallery with digital downloads and a print release. You will receive your gallery via e-mail.
The option to purchase additional images is always available. I sell images individually for $25 each. However, in the event that you do want your entire gallery, I will give a discounted quote.
The only possible fees outside an applicable rescheduling fee would be parking/travel fees if they are not included in your package. This may be added due to distance to universities, parking garages, etc. This will be discussed and determined while picking location during booking.
My usual turnaround time for images is two weeks. In the event that this changes, I will let you know as soon as possible!
Galleries are live for two weeks, then they are taken off the site. If you need your images after the two weeks, there will be a $50 re-uploading fee.
In the event of a cancellation or postponement of your session, the amounts paid are non-refundable. Retainer fees are transferable if a date change is necessary. Forty-eight hours notice of postponements or cancellations is greatly appreciated. I am not responsible if you or members of your party fail to appear or cooperate during the sessions, the retainer and session fee will not be refunded. If the photo session must be rescheduled due to clients' cooperation where I have traveled to reach the destination, additional travel fees may apply. In the unlikely event that I am injured or I become too sick to attend the session, I will make every effort to reschedule to the earliest possible date, in this event the rescheduling fee would absolutely be waived.
If it is not possible for a session to take place on your scheduled session day due to weather, we will reschedule on an agreed date at the earliest date possible, with no additional charge.
